​​Ash Wirth, LMT, CMLDT- is an accomplished massage therapist and the proud 2025 2nd Overall North Carolina Massage Champion. His dedication to the craft has earned him numerous accolades, including a gold medal in Sports Massage, a silver medal in Swedish Massage, and another silver in Wellness Massage at the recent NC state championships. In addition, Ash showcased his skills at the 2024 American Massage Championships, securing 3rd place in Swedish Massage and achieving the 3rd highest competitive score in Swedish Massage for the 2023-2024 season through the United States Association of Massage Championships.

A graduate of the Heritage Institute in Jacksonville, Florida, Ash has been practicing massage since 2004. His commitment to professional development led him to the Vodder School, where he became a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT). He dedicated 11 years to the Jacksonville Lymphedema Clinic, providing compassionate care to clients suffering from lymphedema.

In 2017, Ash returned to his roots in Lincolnton, NC, where he briefly worked in behavioral health before partnering to establish his own massage practice, All You Knead Massage & Bodywork. Passionate about the healing power of massage, Ash believes that nurturing the body, mind, and spirit connection can profoundly enhance our relationships with ourselves and those around us

Ash’s focus is relieving the body of tension while creating a safe and nurturing environment. He intuitively incorporates a mix of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, Forearm Fusion,  assisted stretching and cupping therapy in each session based on his client’s needs.

Paula’s passion has always been to help others.  She began her first career of teaching after graduating from Western Carolina.  Then worked at Eckerd Youth Alternatives in Florida as a camp counselor and teacher for 2.5 years.  She moved back to NC in 2006 and spent the next 10 years teaching at Lincoln Charter School.  She taught middle school Language Arts, Social Studies, Physical Education, and Health. 

Then she discovered Reiki.  After practicing Reiki and with lots of prayer her life completely changed. Massage has always been an interest of hers and a raffle for massage school tuition kept presenting itself.  She gave in, bought a ticket, and won! She thanks God for kicking a door open for her that she would have been too afraid to open herself.  

Paula attended massage school at Maiden School of Massage and graduated in 2016.  After owning her own business for two years she joined the staff of Maiden School of Massage and taught Anatomy and Physiology.  She has now been a massage practitioner for 7 years.  In that time she also became a Reiki Master.  In 2018 she met Ash through The Lincoln Theatre Guild.  In 2019 they took the leap and rented the space that has become All You Knead Massage and Bodywork.  It is such a wonderful space to relax and unwind.  She enjoys helping her clients gain a better quality of life through massage and reiki.  Her clients see her when they need to relax, de-stress, gain range of motion, or experience pain relief.  Paula uses a variety of techniques such as cupping, gua sha, and trigger point therapy.  And she looks forward to seeing how she can help you.  

Jaime has been a licensed massage therapist since 2013, and is a graduate of Gaston College.  Currently she is attending Gardner-Webb University, pursing her Master's Degree in Phycology. She hopes to become a counselor in the future. I am currently going back to school to get my psychology degree and will use it to become a counselor one day.
